Abstract:对CCD器件的非均匀性校正的理论方法进行了讨论、分析和比较,并对32×64元硅化铂肖特基势垒红外焦平面器件进行了响应率非均匀性的校正,针对该器件响应率非线性度大、传输率低、疵点数目多和噪声大等问题,选取先进的多点定标分段校正算法,实现了实时校正及显示。校正后,不均匀度为2%,图像质量明显得到改善。

Abstract:Based on the analytical theory of multiple scattering, the millimeter wave propagation and scattering in discrete random media were investigated by means of the particle-tracking method. Considering the effect of multiple scattering, the rain induced attenuation at millimeter wave frequencies was simulated numerically. The theoretical calculations are in good agreement with the experimental results of the earlier paper by Manabe T et al.

Abstract:In this paper the steady state solutions of the general ring cavity bistable system in the dispersion and cavity detuning case are given, and the stationary properties of the system are analyzed. The difference between the ordinary ring cavity bistable system and the general ring cavity bistable system is pointed out in the pure absorption and resonance case.

Abstract:Taking the signal processing unit of an IR searching system as a pulse receiver, and considering the effect of bandwidth of the pulse receiver on the output signal-to-noise ratio, the range equation of IR searching system is derived. According to the condition in which the pulse receiver will give the optimum output signal-to-noise ratio, the dependence of bandwidth of the Signal processing unit on the dwell time of the detector is determined, and the corresponding range equation is obtained, thus providing the guidelines for designing and evaluating the performances of the IR searching system.

Abstract:In this paper, a method of statistical control of the ground scene information is presented and realized by means of analyses of the features of ground scene information received by the Spaceborne Imaging Spectrometer. This method makes both the accurate signal quantization rate and the signal data rate of the system be relatively perfect, and the results of computer digital simulation and circuit signal imitation indicate that the system possesses a fast control transition process.

Abstract:The spectra of Si-oil which contaminated the mirror were measured. The infrared absorption band and absorption coefficient of Si-oil were obtained. The experimental results demonstrate that the transmissivity of oil-film in the absorption band is exponentially decreased with the increase of the film thickness.

Abstract:The vector wave functions in an active loaded quasi-optical cavity were obtained with paraxial approximation. The dyadic Green's functions in the active loaded quasi-optical cavity were developed using the eigenvector wave function expansion. The integral solution of the electromagnetic field in the cavity was derived.
